Now Hiring: General Sales Manager (Regional)
- Food & Beverage Distributor
Location: Miami, FL (Southeast Region: NC to FL)
(Interstate travel required - must reside in South Florida)

more than 1,400 products across grocery, frozen, dairy, and beverage categories. With nearly a century of success, they proudly serve as a leading provider of
Caribbean, Latin American, and European food brands throughout the U.S. grocery market.
They are seeking a strategic and driven
General Sales Manager to lead sales and distribution operations across the Southeast region. This senior-level role carries full responsibility for planning, performance, and profitability within the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate has deep industry knowledge, proven sales leadership experience, and
strong ties to both regional chains and independent grocery accounts-especially within multicultural markets. Candidates MUST be based in South Florida and willing to travel extensively within the region and occasionally overseas, have 5+ years of senior sales leadership in food or beverage distribution, and be fluent in English and Spanish! Compensation & Benefits: - $125k - $135k+ base salary BOE + 20% performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities: - Lead all sales and distribution functions across the Southeast region
- Achieve sales and gross profit targets while expanding market share
- Build and manage customer relationships, including major regional chains and key independents
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans
- Identify new business opportunities and lead channel expansion initiatives
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Provide leadership on pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Represent the company at industry events and strategic meetings
- Maintain regulatory compliance and foster a culture of safety and excellence
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of senior sales leadership in food or beverage distribution
- Demonstrated success in driving regional growth and profitability
- Strong network within regional retail chains and independent grocery channels
- Fluent in English and Spanish REQUIRED
- Must be based in South Florida and willing to travel extensively within the region and occasionally overseas.
- Must be CURRENTLY LOCAL and permanently authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
