Summary/Objective
The Real Estate Property Manager is responsible for managing commercial and retail leasing activities, coordinates land acquisition activities and oversees all aspects of the organization’s real estate functions. Manages the organization’s leasing agreements for tenant space, retail space, parking deck office and retail space and other Convention Complex long-term lease properties. Maintains the planning, coordinating and implementation of a leasing program that will ensure the occupancy of the Forum, Uptown and other BJCC long-term lease properties. Responsible for the oversight, leasing strategy and management of the leased real estate assets of the Authority comprised of the Forum Office Building, Uptown leased retail space, leased retail and commercial space in the 22nd street parking deck and any other leased assets of the Authority.

Work Environment
This environment is fast paced and moderately demanding. Work is typically performed indoors, in a temperature-controlled office setting.
Physical Demands
Duties require extended periods of sitting and/or standing. Moderate amount of physical effort such as walking, standing, climbing, bending, stooping, squatting, and kneeling. Requires walking between venues for extended periods of time during events. Ability to lift up to 30lbs with or without assistance, while maintaining good balance. Must be flexible enough to reach above shoulder level and be able to push and pull for brief periods of time. Visual acuity, speech recognition, and speech clarity.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Normally, Monday-Friday regular business hours 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Although due to property management demands some after normal business hours and weekends may be required.
