About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and results-driven professional to join our Investment Team as a Real Estate Investment Associate, Senior Associate, Manager, or Director—title and compensation will be tailored to match your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze real estate development and acquisition opportunities, including financial modeling and due diligence.
- Understand and structure real estate capital stacks, legal partnerships, and investment vehicles.
- Create compelling pitch decks, offering memorandums, and fundraising materials for investor presentations.
- Pitch and present investment products to retail investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutions.
- Manage investor relationships using various platforms, CRM systems, and investor software.
- Represent AlphaX at industry events and conferences to build strategic partnerships and source new opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sellers, buyers, brokers, marketing teams, contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, city officials, attorneys, and accountants throughout the acquisition, design, development, and construction process.
- Support internal workflows, documentation, and administration within the Investment Division to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications & Expectations
- Minimum 2 to 5+ years of experience in real estate development, private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a relevant discipline. Graduate is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of real estate financial metrics: ARV, LTV, LTC, DSCR, equity multiples, IRR, etc.
- Knowledge of GP/LP fund structures, waterfall distributions, and investor alignment.
- High level of comfort with investor-facing work, including fundraising, negotiations, and public speaking.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills; bonus if you’re proficient with ARGUS, CoStar, or other industry tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented with a drive for results.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)—required to engage with our bilingual investor base.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities and hit tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support project activities and investor engagement.
