📍 Berwick, Pennsylvania | 🛠️ Full-Time | 🌎 Travel Required

Are you a seasoned leader in mechanical construction with a passion for precision, safety, and team coordination? We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to take charge of field operations and ensure successful project execution in Berwick, PA.

Your Role as a Superintendent:

As a Mechanical Superintendent, you will lead field operations in collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure all work aligns with client specifications and project plans. You’ll supervise construction staff, coordinate subcontractors, and drive daily jobsite progress. This role requires hands-on leadership, clear communication, and an unwavering commitment to safety and quality. Your work will directly impact the successful execution of mechanical scopes within complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site mechanical activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
• Provide leadership and direction to construction crews, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Work closely with project managers to assess labor needs and adjust resources as needed.
• Maintain strict compliance with company policies, collective bargaining agreements, and safety standards.
• Oversee daily reporting, site logistics, and quality control.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure site-wide adherence to OSHA and company safety programs.
• Represent the company professionally in client and contractor meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be willing to travel as needed for project demands.
• 10+ years of experience with strong knowledge of mechanical systems and trades.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in facility or similar complex construction environments.
• 10+ years of experience with company/project safety programs and applicable construction and industry standards.
• 10+ years of field experience working with construction documents, including the ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and submittals with expert proficiency.
• Deep understanding of building construction , systems, materials, and market practices across various trades.
