Key Responsibilities:

  • Estate Management:
    • Oversee all aspects of the residence, ensuring meticulous maintenance and presentation.
    • Manage and coordinate all household staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.

    • Proactively identify and address potential issues through regular property inspections and preventative maintenance.
