Job Description

We are looking for Commercial Cleaners to take care of our building and carry out basic office cleaning. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities

• Keeping janitorial closet clean and organized
• Empty waste receptacles and replace soiled/damaged liners.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and remove spots.
• Dust horizontal and vertical surfaces
• Perform restroom maintenance/cleaning.
• Sweep and damp mopping hard surface floors.
• Replenish restroom supplies.
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and personnel policies, requirements, and regulations.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Have at least two years of commercial janitorial experience
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid work permit or be a U.S. citizen
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Have physical ability to perform all aspects of job duties
• Detail oriented and values quality workmanship
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must pass background and drug test.
